The Appreciation Day Committee, also known as ADComm, is a student-run committee under the HS Student Council. Through organizing various projects and programs, it provides an avenue for students to express and actualize their appreciation towards the faculty and staff of the High School Unit, among others. It aims to normalise appreciation and gratitude as values that students should constantly live out.
This school year, the committee is not only limiting its impact within the school, but is also extending its scope to workers and volunteer groups who have served as role models of what it really means to be engaged and proactive even during these difficult times. BLUE & GOLD COMMITTEE

The Blue & Gold Committee pursues to ignite the school XSpirit by celebrating the triumphs of the student body, especially those representing the Xavier School in various competitions. In lieu of the annual Pep Rally, the committee will organize a Spirit Week with online programs and activities.
This school year, the committee will also be in charge of showcasing exemplar works and talents of both students and teachers of Xavier School. In The Zone will also be featured in the same webpage on a regular basis. |

If you love the Christmas season, then the Christmas Committee is the place to be. The Christmas Committee aims to spread the Christmas Spirit within the High School Unit. The committee is mainly in charge of preparing onsite/online activities that encapsulate the Christmas season and our school’s values and culture. The committee also raises funds for its chosen beneficiaries that promote the spirit of giving.

The Commission on Election (COMELEC) is the branch of the Student Council in charge of all election-related matters. It ensures that all members of the student government have met the requirements needed for them to be eligible for office.

The Examen Committee takes the lead in initiating activities for the Xavier High School community that will enrich the Ignatian practice of reflection through prayer, in the desire to acknowledge God’s presence and movement in one’s daily experiences. Anchored in Ignatian values, the committee seeks to provide meaningful and relevant spiritual activities for students through different media. |

The Gentlemanliness Committee envisions to advance programs wherein the students will not only be role models to fellow Xaverians, but experience holistic development while enjoying the company of a family. The committee organizes programs and campaigns that aims to develop among the students proper grooming and interpersonal skills.

The Green Team aims to instill true care, respect, and concern for the environment. The committee promotes environmental protection by campaigning for the use of renewable energy and applying zero waste management practice -- a practice which members of the committee and the rest of the student body can also apply in their own homes. It is calling for individuals to passionately promote and live by the culture of earth friendly, and more importantly, sustainable lifestyle practices.

Lingkod: The Social Action Committee is the official social action arm of the Xavier High School Student Council. Its vision is to develop in Xaverians a greater sense of socio-civic responsibility and social justice. Its mission is to empower students to actively make a difference in the larger Philippine community through awareness campaigns and outreach projects. Lingkod invites students to think about others, empathize with others, and act for others.
Lingkod has both the versatility and the added responsibility to organize activities and events of different types, with different thrusts, throughout the school year. Lingkod aims to cater its projects and programs towards marginalized groups as a way to present equal opportunity to everyone in our community. |

Following TED's mission of featuring "Ideas Worth Spreading," the committee organizes the annual TEDxXavierSchool event that highlights a series of talks from speakers with unique and diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opinions in the hopes of inspiring the lives of others.
The committee hopes to build a culture in the school where students are given the platform to be more confident in creating and sharing their own ideas, thereby leading to a greater potential for meaningful, intellectual discourse in our community. |

First proposed as a CAS Project in 2016, Tempus is on its second year as a formally-established committee. It aims to help more students become aware of various college opportunities both here and abroad, as well as assist them in setting their college and career paths. It plans to achieve these goals not only through webinars and info sessions but also through media campaigns and other creative projects.

The Voice of the Youth Concert (VOYC) Committee focuses on promoting its chosen advocacy and raising funds for charity through a celebration of music and entertainment. The committee annually holds a concert during the first night of the Xavier School Fair. Having this event, the committee's tasks range from planning their main event, inviting sponsors, screening concert performers, facilitating the smooth flow of the program, and performing other related responsibilities. As the country slowly transitions to the new normal this year, the committee plans to organize a show that will accommodate both a limited audience onsite as well as online by live streaming through a digital platform.

The XueDi Committee aims to welcome and introduce the Grade 7 batch to the culture of Xavier High School. Through meeting administrators, teachers, and offices online, the committee seeks to fulfill its goals of making the newest members of the High School family feel at home.
